I'm 37... feeling very fed up.
Anyone experience a bit of heavy spotting and painful cramps between periods during peri?
Dr can't find anything wrong with me.

I get some pretty bad cramps during the first 2 days of my period. I've also had that same cramping about mid cycle, but without the actual period.
I haven't had any period irregularities, or spotting yet, but it has been a common topic on this board from other ladies.
I know how painful that can get, and I hope you can find some relief.
