I've just read some things on this that it will help with weight loss and other menopause/perimenopause symptoms. Has anyone ever tried it and which do you take - the oil or the milk - and how do you take it, how much and do you take it straight or mix it with things? Sorry so many questions!

You know, I've never tried it but also read up on it. They say the oil! Supposely you can cook with it or just take it straight like a teaspoon once or twice a day. You can probably internet search on it. Or ask a natural doctor who believes in this. I hear it boosts thyroid action, I on the other hand, am scared to boost my thyroid since I have already anxiety here and there with perimenopause. Maybe we should go ahead and experience it, see what happens. Let me know what you decide to do.

Hmmm...I've never heard of this, but I'm quite interested in knowing your results.

I will try and do some research today and let you all know. I'm going to go to my local health food place and see what they say.
