Hi, I need some advice... I have been using WATP for about the past week and love the tapes (I do the 2 mile)...while searching the message boards, someone mentioned the "firm" tapes (which I also have) but I found that they made me "bulk"...my ex said I looked like I was training for "body-building (that's why he's my ex!) any ways...I was wondering, since I really need to loose the weight and not bulk right now, should I stick with the WATP or will I get the results I need from the "firm"... I know this sounds confusing...was to me to type, but I hope someone gets an idea of what I'm tring to ask.
