Is it normal for resting heart rate to vary from say 60 to 85 or so throughout the day. Maybe feeling relaxed at worked with a HR of 80 while relaxed at home with a 65 HR. I know resting HR varies person to person but does it also vary within the individual? Thanks.

That's normal, don't worry, assuming nothing else is wrong.

Anybody else> I ask because sometimes just sitting around my pulse is 80 to 85 and other times maybe 65. Any thoughts? Maybe this is always the way its been, and now I am just noticing it and worrying too much. Thanks.

80-85 is perfectly normal. Resting heart MEANS resting. Not sitting down right after you've climbed a flight of stairs. HR varies with activity, stress, food, etc. Don't worry about your heart rate. I guarantee if you obsess over your heart rate you'll make it go higher by causing yourself anxiety. It's called negative feedback.
