has anyone taken this? My dr prescribed it for me, because on saturday night I went out and I think someone may have slipped me something as I don't remember the rest of the night and I am very sore. She said I needed to start it ASAP, I already took one, and will take the other in a few hours. I've heard a lot of people feel really sick after taking it... anyone know? I also have my period right now, so I don't know if that will make it better or worse.

k it kinda makes u vomit and it gives u a headache but it is very effective and outside of the stomach pains it is well worthwhile

okay.. I'm just wondering if I should plan on staying out of work tomorrow.. I'm a bank teller and have to be on my feet all day

While there's no guarantee that you'll feel sick on it, there's no guarantee you won't, either. I'd say it's better to call in sick then risk having to go home part way through the day.

I decided not to go to work, I have the world's worst cramps right now and I can barely move. It really sucks :(

I hope you'll feel better soon. Just as an aside, I'm also really worried that you don't remember the night...not to cry wolf, but what if you were raped? Or, if someone did slip something into a drink, that's also illegal in itself, right?

yeah.. I don't know if I was raped or not.. that's why I went on the morning after pill. There is a block of time that I don't remember. When I went to the dr she could not tell if I had been sexually assalted or not. I feel like I just messed up so majorly... going out to a bar and having too much to drink is not very like me :( And now I'm facing the consequences of what might have been. I feel as though I have ample reason to suspect what I do, as I've only had sex with one person in my life, and my vagina felt the same way after that, as it did when I woke up on Sunday morning. I just don't know how it could have happened. I was with a couple of guys I know, and they took me home and I remember one of them walking me up the stairs then telling me to feel better and my mom coming out and taking care of me. The only time I think I could have been raped is when I was in the bathroom throwing up and passed out. I'm sore in a lot of places that I wasn't before the incident. And to add insult to injury, when I was examined by the dr she said that I had genital warts that weren't from the last 72 hours... meaning that my ex boyfriend (who said I was the first) lied to me about that, or cheated on me :(

Aww, sweetie -- I am so, so sorry that. You should get a big hug. Could you maybe ask your guy buds if they saw anything, like a guy hanging around you or following you or maybe just something they didn't think of as weird (you know how guys have to be prodded and reminded of stuff...lol). Did you shower when you got home? If you ever suspect or are afraid you may have been raped (sounds gross, but it's true), don't shower, and bring the clothes you were wearing to the dr or police with you (keeping them in a paper bag is most helpful). One other thought is that sometimes vomiting can strain a lot of muscles, so if you were trying to hold yourself up off the floor or maneuvering in a stall, that may have caused some strain, too. Do you plan on pursuing it any further? * hugs *

awww.. thanks for the hugs.. they mean a lot. I'm not planning on pursuing it, only because I don't remember it that well. I mean, I don't remember a two hour span. The guy I was with wasn't really someone I knew that well, but thought I knew better. As I was in the bathroom throwing up and passing out, he was taking money out of my wallet to buy more beer for himself.. about 30 dollars worth. Which is a 30 dollar lesson worth learning--- won't do that again.
The morning after pill has given me the worst crapms.. I have been taking 800 MG of advil every two hours and it hasn't really helped that much, is that normal?
