Hi,
My husband bought me a work out machine i really can't remember what it is called, husband threw box away...I call it a stair climber but i don't think that's the right name for it...It's kind of between a bike, you don't sit though and a treadmill..I was just wondering what people thought about this machine???It is has magnet resistent...It has all those digital stuff to it checking your heart rate, how many calories you burn, your time, how fast you are going and how far you went....What part of your body do you think that this machine works the most???THanks

Elliptical machine. I have one and love it. It's good because there's no impact on your joints, unlike running or stair climbing or other things. Your heart rate will work its way up, so take it easy for the first few times. It's great for legs and bum, also for calves I find. If you hold light weights and swing your arms, or hold the handles if there are handles, then it also works your upper body. I think this was a good choice for a workout machine, I have surely enjoyed mine.
