Also called a vermillionectomy. It is when the distance between the base of the nose and upper lip is shortened and the top lip rolled up for more lip show. I would like to find out who performs this surgery, I am finding that not many PS will or can do this. ANY info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much Shelly

Hi Shelly. Yes I've heard of it and seen pictures. I think it looks good but it seems extreme. There is scarring. You could probably cover it with lipstick or foundation. I need lip help too. See my earlier msg about ultrasoft forms. Good Luck!!!

Hi,I've had a liplift. Called a bullhorn lift. the Doctor cuts a line under the nose,takes out a small quarter moon slice, pulls the lip up, and it's done. I have no scar. one of the best things I've had done. makes your mouth look younger.

Theres also a cosmetic dentistry procedure... I dont know the name... Its less evasive.. But it makes the upper lip a lil bigger by doin sumthin to ure teeth..research not 100% sure what its called!

I saw that done on a show on E! I think Pamela Anderson has had that done.
