This might sound ridiculous, but it is something that has been getting out of control recently. I tend to focus on people's noses while they talk to me and many have been laughing or considering me weird.
Is this a type of ADD? Might there be a specific reason>?

my boyfriend whom has adhd does notice noses. he doesn't laugh but he has always commented that i have a little nose and big noses look funny to him
