I just noticed this morning how my upper arm was swaying back and forth and I was erasing something, I nearly broke into tears. I just turned 30 and would like to know how to tone up these mushy guys....Please give me some exercises or toning rituals to try.

I have a work out station at home with the butterfly attachment and arm press thing, and a lot more, would these help?? If so, how do I do them, how often and should i keep increasing the weight resistence on them.

Please help me out guys!!

Sounds like your triceps. Do all the arm moves you can on your machine. If you have something for triceps great. If not, get some dumbells (I use 5 pounds) and do tricep kickbacks.

You can also try "chicometrics", which is using your own body's resistance. Just tense up your arm muscles and exercise your arms in any way you like - with sets of 20 to each arm. If done correctly your arms will ache - this is good. You want to "tear" the muscles so that they can rebuild! You can also do this with any other part of your body that needs toning. :)
