im trying to lose weight, so im playing basketball in my driveway, i just played 45 minutes and im tired and really swetty, i couldnt play anymore. but usualy in another 2-3 hours i have enough energy to play again, so would it work to play 45-1 hour in the morning, then in afternoon then in evening? or shouldi do all my exercise at onces?

That's an awful lot of exercise. One or two sessions should be plenty, but it's your diet that needs to be addressed most urgently if you want to lose fat. Is that in order?

yes it is! ive bee on it for 3 days now, and ive hardly had anything unhealthy, ive been eating less and better food. i used to drink a 2 liter a day of coke and now ive stopped! hopefully it will last.
