My arthritic knee flared up last Friday. It got very swollen and very painful. I had to walk (crawl) up three steps to get into my house and the last step was horrible. I yelled in pain. Since then the knee pain is all but gone but I have lots of pain in my thigh, outer, front and a bit in the middle. Did I pull something? Does anyone know what this might be? Thanks - Sandy

Dont know, but I just discovered that 1,500 mg of glucosamine along w/ Chinese skullcap, Boswellia gum resin, and Oleanolic acid work wonders on soft tissue pain.
