I usually had low BP after exercise. Yesterday, after about half-an-hour swimming, I felt a pounding heart, so I measured the BP last night, and it was 83/66, pulse: 80 something. This morning, it read as 80/61, pulse: 91.
I have MVP. The doc told me I have some regurgitation but not serious. EF is 78%.
Based on your experience, is there any problem?

What is your normal daytime BP? Do you know your normal evening BP? Your BP varies, somewhat, all day long.
The pounding heart could mean that something has irritated your heart, causing it to misfire. Do you drink coffee? Smoke? Drink soda? Take meds? Take drugs? Do you have allergies?
