younggranny 06-22-2005, 05:45 PM it seems lots of you are on lexapro--so i thought this would be a good place to ask if any of you had the side effect of hair loss...I have not yet started my lexapro because i am afraid of that side effect..I don't know which one would be worse hair loss or anxiety..I would be happy for any input..Thanks tmarie 06-22-2005, 07:25 PM I have been on lexapro for 2 years and no hair loss here. If anything my hair was and is normal. No hair changes for me at all.
