I am almost 21 and thinking about getting mine done. I am 5'2" 110 lbs and a small B. I would like to be a Big B/Small C. Any words of wisdom?

Hi...if you're a small B now, if you're going to spend the money, I'd go for a full C, not just a full B. After the swelling goes down, and they drop and soften, they look smaller to many women, and they wish they'd gone bigger. I got saline implants, under the muscle. This is a good option if you're small and thin-skinned because the muscle acts as a support for the implants. My unders look and feel like real breasts, and they're very soft and bouncy. Also, do your research...go for several consults with board-certified plastic surgeons. I got a lot of information off the internet, too. One good website is www.implantinfo.com. (http://www.implantinfo.com.) You can get all the information you need there. Hope I've helped....good luck! :-)

Thanks diamondgirl. How much do they cost and have you had any problems with them? Also, how old were you when you got them done?

I agree, always go a little bigger than you think you want. It's called Boob Greed and we all get it. HAHA! I went from a full C to a full D and I LOVE MINE! I've had no problems whatsoever. I paid $4300 in Las Vegas to Dr. Weiland, and I have round, smooth, saline, over the muscle, and nipple incisions. They are great, I recommend them. Perky boobs are awesome. HAHA! ImplantInfo is a great site, too. There are a couple message boards on the site that are VERY helpful.

Here in Pennsylvania, I paid $5400 for mine. I got smooth, round, under the muscle saline implants. I just got them done 8 months ago, and I'm 38. I wish I'd done it when I was younger. I've had no problems whatsoever with them...I LOVE them! :-)

People will always argue the fact, but I do think saline is safer. I like that your body naturally absorbs it if there's a leak or a rupture. I also think you get more projection with saline. In Vegas you have to "qualify" to get silicone so that is kind of scary to me. LOL!
