I have been doing a few MEP's over the past little while just in a precautionary fashion because of a recent blip. I had been on me feet all day yesterday in very hot and humid weather at a dragon boat festival and raced twice. I felt great all day but just crashed last night. I woke up this morning feeling a little fragile, and we have a final race today. I did the MEP just a few minutes ago and I still feel somewhat off in the first position. If I look at my watch about 6-10 inches from my face, I feel fine. IF I look off in the distance at a point on the ceiling, I feel like I may be about to spin and I still can't focus on a specific spot without if looking like it is still moving, not spinning exactly. When I go into the second position everything is fine both close up and far away. Third position is fine too. I posted something about this a few months ago and was suggested to me it could be oscillopsia (spelling?) But would that account for just one postion? Earlier in my recovery I couldn't focus on a specific point in the distance in any position, even if I was just sitting in a chair trying to focus on something in the distance. I get so worked up when I think this thing is coming back, will do another set later today and keep working at it. If it is this oscillopsia, can I train it by repeatedly focussing on something? Considering this is the only position this happens in I guess I can be glad there has been improvement, but it was pretty strong this morning and my head felt like it did before a vertigo episode happened, I feel like I can actually feel my brain physically trying to stop the vertigo from happening.
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas about improving this...
THanks
