I have sent several request for my medical records and still no response. I know I can file a complaint with the state medical board but aren't I entitled to a copy of my records. Please email with any ideas at [removed].com Thank you

[Hi :) Please notice that the board guidelines do not allow
the posting of personal contact information. Thank you! :)]

What state are you trying to obtain records from? I have LOTS of experience in this area. Are these hosptial records of office records?

I am having trouble finding guidelines for good surgery. Does US law state a minimum time for reputable surgeon to perform facelift. The reason is I had very bad surgery and have complained to Office for Professional Conduct but need to compare time noted on my medical records to what is a legal minimum requirement - that way I can prove if negligence has occurred. I have contacted several other surgeons but times vary.
