I read somewhere that bread does but I don't believe that could be true so does anyone know of anything?

Milk, cheese, turkey...they are suppose to have L-tryptophan which is a natural sedative. Do a search on L-tryptophan and see if there is a more extensive list of foods. Wishing you a good nights zzzzz.

I went to a health shop online and they had many L-tryptophan but I don't know which one I should get as i am confussed with all the tablets around. I am on vitiams with everning Primrose, magnise (sp) and loads of vitiams b;s oh and calcuim (I think).
