Does anyone know what bbt is supposed to do at the start of your cycle..ie when af arrives and shortly there after? Mine is still above my coverline but it has been hotter than Haedes here even with the AC on.
I am sure that I am experiencing af although it is somewhat different than other times...slightly heavier at the start and lighter and shorter at the end but I think it was defiinately a clear af.

For most people their temp drops below the coverline the first day of AF, but for some it doesn't drop until towards the end of AF.
