I have low progesterone levels and want to try natural progesterone cream this cycle (6-7 month wait for appointment with specialist). I checked 2 health food stores and they didn't have anything called NPC - one had Wild Yam cream for menopausal women but it didn't say anything about progesterone specifically so I didn't know if that was the same thing. I live in Toronto, Canada - anyone know where I can get some? Or does anyone know the name of one of these creams because one of the stores said they could order it if I knew the name. Anything I should look for when buying it, like a certain concentration or something?
Hope someone can help! Thanks!

Look for a Cream That is
*450-500mgs of Natural Progesterone per oz.
*Derrived from Soy not Mexican Wild Yam
*Airtight sealed container to protect potency
*Metered Pump (no mess, no measuring)
*1.6%=Progesterone by weight or 3% Progesterone by volume
*USP Grade Natural Progesterone MUST be listed on the label
*No artificial dyes or fragrances (can cause skin rashes and reactions)
*Free of petroleum derivatives(interfere with hormone balance)
*Made without animal products or by products (can have toxic chemicals included with them
also some more tips...........
*Use just enough to combat symptoms
*In the first 3 months of use, expect wacky symptoms it gets worse before it gets better!
*Using NPC before O can delay AF
*If you're not O'ing- try the 3 month shutdown to get them going again.
*NPC can be used by TTC'ers or TTA'ers as well as menopausal women, lactating mothers,
pregnant women and even men.
im just starting it this cycle when i ovulate, its hard to get hold of over here in the uk as well, so i got mine from USA where the seller was willing to airmail post it.
