Got a copy of my pathology report from my punch...maybe you all can help me decipher it a little better?

1) Endocervix curettage - Fragments of endocervical tissue with focal changes suggestive of endocervical glandular dyplasia & scant endometrium

2) Cervix 3'oclock - squamous metaplasia
3) Cervix 6'oclock - high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (CIN 2-3) with endocervical cleft involvement. Reactive atypia in endocervial glands.
4) Cervix 12'oclock - acute and chronic inflammation with squamous metaplasia and reactive epithelial changes


God...all of this is scary. I am having my cone in a few days...the closer it gets the more worried I get about the outcome.
