Hi Katie...I take a daily multivitamin and also take B-12. Due to stomach surgery years ago, my system doesn't break down B-12 taken in pill form. Because of this, I have to take it by injection once a month. I take one cc on the first of every month. Taking it this way is a prescription, but the syringes are not in the state (Washington) where I live.
