Hi there
Just wondered how you girlies out there stay positive when AF arrives? We started ttc around 3 months ago and each time AF arrives, I think there is something wrong with me and I will never be able to get pregnant  I know the worst thing to do is have a negative attitude so girlies - how do you keep happy? DH is being great, but I don't think men go through the same emotional ups and downs during ttc. What do you think? Would be great to hear from you all - good luck to everyone too!

Hey Claire,
My husband and I have been TTC for a couple of months now, and I know how hard it can be emotionally when AF arrives. But, when she comes for me, I think to myself, the hard TTW is over, and now we can start to try again. At least you know one way or another, and you're not constantly wondering. Try spicing up your BD a little...make things fun, it's harder to avoid the stress of TTC if you're doing the BBD just to make a baby. I'm going on a sexy shopping spree later this week with my girlfriend.
It's funny actually. When I got pregnant with my son, it seemed so easy. But, we were not even trying...so it just seemed easy. Now that we're trying, it seems so hard. So my husband had a great idea...lets "stop" trying...it gets rid of the pressure and we can just enjoy eachother. It hasn't worked yet, but I know that when AF arrives (if she does), it's time to have a little fun with my husband!!
Try and stay positive, you're chances of getting pregnant are much higher if you're relaxed and not stressed out.
Good luck, and have some fun!
