I am wondering if anyone out there has a similar problem? Some months back I started to get this cracking noise when I woulod get out of bed to walk to loo. Also at first it was just pain in the balls of the feet & seemed like jopint pain. That came & went for a while. Then it turned into soft tissue pain. This is also in my hands and although they don't "crack" like feet they really do hurt when I first get up.

Any ideas welcome.
