Hello Tess!! I have not been able to post as much as I would like to cause I have been really busy. Started my new position at work and will be working Thursdays and Fridays. I used to just work weekends. We are also in the process of trying to sell our home to buy a larger one. All of these changes have been really stressful for me and I am trying to cope the best I can. I still have good and bad days, but like you said in another post, even on the bad days, I can usually cope okay. I don't think I will ever be totally normal again. I hope so, but I am not sure. How are you doing? Good I hope! I was so glad to read that you have been able to go out and socialize more and have fun!! That helps alot!! Take care and I will post as soon as I can!

Hey Dizzy2
Just wanted to check in with you and say hello. Hope you are okay, sounds like you are having a hectic time, buying and selling your house and working lots. Hectic but exciting!! Have you found a new house that you want to buy yet and sold your house? Now I know from experience that stress does make this illness worse so maybe you should treat yourself to a massage or a relaxing experience! Hope the new job is going well. I think it is good to challenge ourselves, it definitely is tiring and hard work but I think it does help us to recover. I think its a form of vrt.
Im doing okay really, was absolutely shattered this week after working far too hard on Wednesday, but I am recovering - tiredness rather than dizzyness. Went to a spa yesterday evening and did a floatation tank, its very relaxing although I felt like I was spinning at times so had to keep my eyes open a lot. Less socialising this weekend for me, its going to be quiet!
Anyway have a great weekend and take care of yourself
Lots of love

Hey Tess, sorry it took me so long to respond. This was my first weekend off in over 5 years and I was home with my family and did not use the computer much. We did put our place on the market and I started my new hours too. Same week I got my period! So, last week was on the stressful side and I did feel it some. I felt tired and stressed and a bit dizzy. I got thru it though and I feel okay now. I am sure you know what I mean when I say that I never feel 100% normal. Do you still feel that way too? It has been almost 8 months for me too!! I still also have that feeling that if I do not eat as soon as I feel hungry, I get really dizzy and feel really bad. It is really annoying, cause I can't always be at work eating!! I carry a nutrition bar with me while at work to eat as a snack. How was your weekend? It was 4th of July for us, so we went to a movie and had a BBQ at home. Just me and my husband and kids. It was really nice. Hope you are feeling better. Anything new going on? Take care and talk to you soon.
Hugs, D2
