Is it OK for me to have a few drinks while I am on this? I havent' had any alcohol at all since I started on it about 3 weeks ago, and we are going out this weekend to a 4th party....anyone have any experience w/this?

You should have gotten instructions from the pharmacy when you got your prescription. Or there should be a label on the bottle that tells you. To be safe call the doctors office or pharmacy if you can't find those guidelines. My guess is no, not until your system is accustomed to the drug and even then; maybe not at all.

Well I didn't,(see anything about drinking alcohol or not w/the directions or on the label on the bottle)...so I called 2 pharmacies and got 2 different answers. :confused: I will call my dr. Tuesday but I rarely drink so I think I will play it safe and stick to my Diet Dr. Pepper!
