I am charting my temps and sometimes I'll check my CM. The past two days I have noticed an increase in my CM. It is lotiony/creamy. I ovulated this past Sunday/Monday. I thought after you ovulated that your CM goes away or dries up and it goes back to sticky...why do I have it now and is this an early pregnancy symptom? I didn't really notice any EWCM before my temperature rose, could that mean that I really didn't ovulate, or that I just didn't have enough to notice. I checked my cervical position around the same time I thought I was about to ovulate and it was very high...I could barely touch it. My coverline is 97.5 and my temps have not gone below that since they rose. Am I making any sense? So I guess my question is: Why do I still notice the CM after I ovulate? Is that normal or is this a pregnancy symptom? TIA.

It's normal in the luteal phase. It's probably from a secondary estrogen surge.
If you cervix is up high, that might be a clue. Good luck!

Ive heard that after a woman ovulates, the fluid is there incase some of the sperm are still in your system.. which is why its possible to fall pregnant even after a few days of your ovulation.
