Since you are looking to do rhinoplasty, considered the most difficult of all plastic surgeries with the highest rate of revision, I would just consider the big name surgeons in New York, California, and other select areas. I wouldn't want to trust the most prominent feature on my face to someone who doesn't have a nationally recognized reputation for doing high quality work.
