How do ppl!

Well, i'm 16 and about 110 pounds! id love to put on more weight! My friends say ive lost to much weight which i agree on, I have a high metabolism and burn fat real easily (if thats the right way round). I eat around 3 meals a day, which i'm hoping is enough? I also work out 3 times a week, i'm also joining a gym shortly which i'm hoping will help! I'd just like to know if anyone has any ideas on food/drink to eat/drink which could contribute to putting on weight?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :D

PS: I'm so sorry if this post is really to vague or quick! It's all rush rush rush!

Ash! :)

Hi Ash,
I wish I had your problem(LOL). I believe you can buy a powdered drink at a health foor store that will help you gain weight. I have the opposite trouble so I couldn't tell you a name of a product. Be healthy..

I have much the same problem. I've put on a few pounds by eating all day. Not big meals but just something every hour or two, instead of the three big meals.

My brother lost a lot a frightening amount of weight due to illness. He was prescribed 'Insure' nutritionla drinks by our doctor. They are loaded with vitimins and minerals and really did the trick.

Actually 110lbs at 16 is not too skinny at all. Unless you are way over 5-10 or pushing 6 feet as a girl. It is kinda scary how our society has gotten so fat today. Then when someone is at a healthy weight, everyone tells you that you are too skinny or that you look sick. Or sometimes you would feel "unsual" among your friends because they are much bigger than you. It is actually the other way around, they are too fat.
