Hi

I have suffered from IBS for a long time now and have been living in Japan for a few months now. Does anybody have any idea what kind of Japanese foods are ok and what are not...I cant read the ingredients lists as they are obviously in Japanese.

Also does pomegranite juice have an effect on IBS. I have been told it is really good for stomach problems?

Thanks

I lived in Korea for a year. I found that my ibs was better when I was over there. I did not know why at the time but since then I have found that rice is very good for ibs-d. I'm assuming that since rice was served with everything that maybe that was why. I would assume that japanese and korean cuisine are similar so order things over rice, that seemed to work for me.
