I was wondering in anyone had any remedies to cleanse the colon.?
GNC carries a 3 week colon cleanse but I havent tried it thought Id check here 1st.

I have alot of residue in my colon as per a CT scan for an unrelated issue.
I was given some stool softeners but they dont work.
For almost 2 months now I have a gurgling in my upper left side and pain in my left back, it eases up after a bowel movement however my BMs are watery and very tiny, like not everything is getting through. My pain is getting worse.

I was hoping someone may be able to let me know if any products they have used for a complete cleansing worked and how they felt during the time they where using them?
