Do we all evenutally have to be moved up? I take the lowest dose and have for 2 years but somtimes I feel it doesn't work as good as it use to?

What is Concerta taken for?
I do not know for this case, but for most pills, your body adapts to them and you will need a larger dose for the same result.
Ideally, it's better to take less; but I would say that because I believe the body is best left alone. :)
