My wife has just gone though a facelft with cheek implants four weeks ago. The left side is fine but has tightness and swelling on the right side of her face. She got an infection on that side also which is now going away. She'd like to know is this normal? If she lightly pushes she hears like a popping sound around the implant like it's an air pocket. What's the best thing to do to help the tightness she's felling?
