Hi,
I'm wondering if there have been any new advances in getting rid of spider veins or broken capillaries.

I've read that they are having success with lasers and with radio frequency. Don't know how widespread it is or how expensive. Might be worth asking your doc.

Laser and radiofrequency are good methods for larger varicosities if you have them and will ultimately improve spider veins by closing the underlying problem areas that feed many of them.
