I have a 28 day cycle, sometimes it'll be 29-30/27/26(if im really stressed).
I almost always ovulate on the 13th-14th-15th days..I dont chart my BBT, but i look at my CM..It starts off non sticky and light around the 10th day, by the 13th its sticky and more of it, around the 16th-17th it usually just becomes thick and cloudy for a day and then its gone...
This is the only time i get it during every month..
My question is, is it safe to say that i ovulate around the same time every month because of this? Also is it possible for a woman to ovulate twice a month?
Do any of you who look at this religiously, noticed that you ovulate twice a month?
Finally is it possible to concieve when you're not ovulating, even far from ovulating? For an example, a week before your period?

I have about a 30-32 day cycle and I ovulate around the same days every month day 16/17 of my cycle, so I would say that is a safe asumption...if you have all of the signs. I am not sure about ovulating twice a month, that is a good question...Anyone out there know the answer? Just in case it's possible do a few bd's for fun, what the hec, why not! Baby dust to you!!!

I have read that you don't necessarily ovulate at the same time every month, so it's good to keep checking the CM to be sure. Since it is generally 12-16 days before your next period, and that could come anywhere from 26-30 days in your case, you could be off by several days from month to month.
I think if you can ovulate twice a month it is really, really rare. I have heard though that it is common several days after you have ovulated to have creamy CM or even EWCM, but this is not a sign of ovulation - it has to do with a secondary estrogen surge. It is also common for people to have their BBT drop below the coverline at this time, but it should go back up. If you just have a day of creamy or EWCM after you believe you have ovulated, it is most likely the estrogen surge, not a 2nd ovulation.
As far as I know, it is not possible to conveive when you are not ovulating, since there needs to be an egg there to be fertilized. Once the egg is released, it will die within 24 hours so conception is not possible after that. If someone conceived a week before their period was due, it would be because they ovulated late that cycle (this happened to me - my cycles are normally 28 days but one month I ovulated on day 21. Then my period came on day 35 - if I hadn't known I ovulated so late, I would have thought I was pregnant).
Hope that helps a bit! good luck!
