I have read that some women want implants to be a D or even larger.
I have some quesions.
1) Will your implants always remain "perky?" Or with time will they develop a natural fall/drop as natural breasts do?
If they develop a fall/sag/drop with time....then your breasts may develop the crease between the breast and chest area. This can be exceedingly uncomfortable because your will sweat a lot more. The natural sag can also make larger breasts look more matronly. If you will develop a sag, I suggest you ask your doctor to show you photos of what a D/DD will look like with a natural sag.
2) Do you think being larger than a C is more sexy?
From what I see on TV, movies, fashion magazines society tends to portray smaller breasted women as more youthful and sexy. A kind of sylphlike (slender, graceful) ideal. While Pamala Anderson types have more a bombastic, inflated look. Also fashionable clothing tends to favor smaller breasted women.
I have experience of being different sizes throughout my life. At a young age I was Double EE. I could only wear nursing bras at age 16. The physical discomfort was immense. Then I had reduction to a C in my teens. A "C" cup was a good size (but I would have prefered to be a B). I could buy normal teenage clothes.
I have gotten larger as the years went by. I am now a DD/DDD (depending on the bra). And I can tell you that when you get into the D territory, clothing does become more difficult to buy (you always need to buy seperates). Correct fitting (Stress CORRECT FITTING) bras are no longer "sexy" in the D categaory.
And having travelled in tropical climates having bigger breasts is a major hassle. You sweat like niagra falls.
As for attention by the opposite sex.....I have met many men who had smaller breasted girlfriends and their motto was "more than a handful was too much."
Then there were those who liked big breasts. But these kind of men are usually the ones that would not make eye contact when having a conversation. They would always have their eyes trained 10 inches lower. Being a big breasted girl and then a C has made me realize that "that kind of attention" gets wearisome after a while.
My main admonishment to get a cup size that is in proportion to your body! A D cup really only looks natural on a woman who has a larger frame and a larger body.

Interesting comments TSB. Personally, I don't understand the current fixation of women to want breast implants. Besides, they never look real.
