i am 16 and am cosidering a surgical of non-surgical procedure for "bags under the eyes" it makes me look really tire and sad but i actually laugh 24/7 and am the class clown in all my classes i think it is hereditary but dont know im just sick of people calling me a crackhead and cokehead when i dont do that kind of stuff i really dont care what i look like but this has gone too far and this procedure will be done for my own self esteem and not to look good for someone else if there is anyone out there who knows a procedure I can do please send in info.
