My 4 yr old son has developed a red itchy rash on and around his scrotum. Anyone know what this is and how I can make him feel better? He has been swimming alot the last two days and I'm wondering if this has anything to do with it?

I'm sure its caused from being wet from swimming. My children have had this happen alot as they swim alot. I use a OTC hydrocortozone ointment.

My son gets this from the heat..We just apply powder down there and it goes away pretty quick....Ralinda
