I have had recurring problems with Plantar Fascitis for several years. It is excrutiating, and I thought it was gone permanently, but it recently has begun to flare up again.

For all those who do not know what Plantar Fascitis is:
Definition: Plantar Fascitis is a painful inflamation of the tissues that connect the foot bones to the foot muscles. Sometimes the inflamation turns into an actual separation of the muscle from the bone...which hurts just as bad as a fracture.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has heard of a way to stop the Fascitis in the early stages, when it is still just inflamed? I really don't want to be on crutches again, so any help is greatly appreciated!
