Hi. I have acne and have little red dots all over. I also have a red mark on my nose, which is my first concern, I guess. Sometimes most of my nose looks red, sometimes it's just this little patch of redness. There are no visible capillaries or anything. It's been there for years.

Is there anything I can do about it? Laser?
