Okay, I'm turning 18 next month (im female), and I was just curious, my periods still haven't became regular, I'll maybe skip one or two months. I noticed that occassionally I'll grow like a dark chin hair, which is like ***? and I'll pluck it and then won't see it for a couple months then it'll come back. Anyways, I also haven't really developed a chest yet either.. my mom's like a large full C cup and my half sister is even a C cup and she's only 14, I'm extremely confused. I was wondering if there is something a doctor can give me that has hormones in it (like birth control pills or pills like they give guys who want to become female and grow boobs) if that'll help me at all??? I'm 5'7" and only 105 pounds, I did weight 110, but I lost it due to.. depression from a mental break down that I had. I'm trying to reach 120, but I doubt that'll even help my boob situation or hormone situation. Please help!

It doesn't sound like you need hormones. At 105 pounds, you're underweight, which is probably what's affecting your periods (being overweight or underweight can cause you to lose your periods entirely). As far as breast development, breasts are mostly made of fatty tissue, which you don't have much of. Plus, you may just have smaller breasts, and that's quite okay :-) I would definitely talk to your doctor about your concerns, though.

I would see a doctor. The reason you have irregular periods is because you have a hormone imbalance. The fact that you are underweight is most likely the cause of your hormone imbalance. I think birth control pills would help you because they will straighten out your hormones and possibly help you to gain a few pounds.
