Hello, I would like to know if someone can help me. I would like to get implants but would like to know from someone who has them, Are they in anyway painful?
I know you have pain after the surgery, But how about after? Can you feel the implants in there? If you sleep on your side can you feel them shift?
And how long were you in pain after the surgery?
I don't know what to expect, and would like someone to tell me their experience with this.
Thanks a Bunch!

Not painful at all! I had mine put in about 3 years ago. When I woke, I was groggy, and sleepy. I had some pain pills that I took for the next day or two just in case...but was literally never in pain. Don't worry at all :)

DarthMom, did you get overs or unders?
I have overs and it was not painful at all! I went through the nipple incision and it healed up so well that you can't even see the scar! I went from a C to a D and if you have the adequate breast tissue, you can get overs. I sleep on my stomach, I just use two pillows and use the top one to kinda prop my chest up. You can sleep any way you want to! They aren't painful at all! I have heard unders hurt more during recovery, but my recovery w/ overs was really quick. It only hurt mildly for a few days!

Hi I had implants I went under the mussle. when I woke up it felt like there was a lot of pressure on my chest. It felt like I had gotton in a fight from head to toe. My boyfriend drove me back to his parents house and took care of me. The first day was not as bad as the days to come. You will need someone there that will be able to take care of you. It hur to sit up, lye back, go to the bathroom and walk. When I woke uo the next morning I was so soar. It felt kind of like a burning feeling, and like two huge bowls were stuck under my skin and I could feel the rims of them. Dont get me wrong I am glad that I got them but for a good week I was in pain and wished that I didnt goet them. My advice is what every you do research doctors and talk to patients that have had it done by that doctor, also make sure that the doctor is board sertified. That they can practice in hospitals and ask how often they have to do redues and what is the most common redue that they perform. Brest Implant deffinetly raised my self esteem after getting them, but as time went on I realized I was getting a lot of negative attention. Make sure you do it b/c this is what you want and it will make you happy. Good luck!!! After the first week I was fine. But most importantly research!!!!! I wish that I had did more and didn't rush luv Kel
