So you are taking 2 10mgs each dose? There is a 20mg tablet of the generic ritalin, that's what I take. I just take half a pill in the afternoon (10 mg) and 20mg in the morning. Good luck!

Yes, there is a 20 mg Ritalin but it is more expensive than the 10mg. You might be able to get less tabs, but the price is slightly higher so you end up paying about the same. I, too, just went back to school and lost my insurance so my med cost exploded. Good Luck.

Are u getting brand name Ritalin? generic would be ALOT cheaper. Also, call around to some pharmacies, get their price, and also ask them if they price match. You'd be surprised how many of them do! In that case, you might be able to find lower prices at a "lower end" store or even at a pharmacy that might be 100 miles away from you. Tell your local pharmacy that you found medication "X" at pharmacy "y" and ask them if they can match it.
