hi i have read about ppl having their back molars removed for a chiseled look in the face? are there any side effects to this? this sounds like a good option as opposed to buccal fat removal...any thoughts, anyone?

Hi! I had my back molars removed but it was for braces-I did not notice a difference. I never heard of doing that for a chiseled look-I guess that would depend on your facial structure. You generally don't want to remove teeth if it is not necessary. Have you talked to a plastic surgeon yet?
