i remember some people saying it helped with their foggy head feeling.. i bought some today and drank as much as it said to... wow i felt like 5x worse than i've ever felt.. i'm talking about my foggy head.. i actually got pretty dizzy, and i never feel dizzy.. just very disconnected.. anyways just thought i would share.

I feel the same way when I take Benadryl. What seems to help me is Tylenol Sinus & Allergy (day time formula).

I always feel worse if I take Benedryl even before these nightmare ears.
