Today I woke up with a feeling in my neck like it was weighed down and not too painful but I can definately tell there is something there. I don't know if any of you have read any of most posts but I got results back from a CT Scan that said I had a lesion on my neck near my Thyroid Gland. I have an appointment tomorrow with a Surgeon and I am guessing he is just going to look over the different options that I have. Does anyone know what a lesion is and how it is to be taken care of?

A lesion Is a growth. He will probably remove it and have it biopsied. Please try and not worry until you get a diagnosis. I will keep you in my prayers.

How do they remove something like that? Surgery? do they cut on the neck?
