Am I supposed to use the icepack first and then the heating pad or vice versa? I know i'm supposed to use each for 30 minutes one right after the other twice a day.
But which do I use first? Thanks.

Hello,
I had to do heat then ice but only due to I could not stand the added pain the ice brought on. I know I have been told heat then ice and another DX told me ice then heat. So it really is what will work best FOR YOU.
I hope you get some relief.
