Ever since Thursday/Friday my whole upper chest has been very tender,especially on my left side by my arm pit. It is also more sore around my left nipple but both areas are sore and whole chest area. It is worse because my whole back is also tender into my shoulders and so it hurts to lay down or just walk around if I have a shirt on.

I would go to the Dr. It kinda sounds like shingles to me. :eek: That is a skin infection.

How old are you? Usually people around 50 get it.

I also dont have any rashes so I dont think its that..

It could be just hormones, my boyfriend gets that, but I'd pay the doctor a visit anyway.
