im quite new to all this,Have been diagnosed with Vestibular migraines.does anyone know whether VRT works for this??
I went to see my CBT today,He feels its unfair of him to ask me to do things like go out on my own before i start VRT as he feels my symptoms are to severe.I read somewhere that VRT doesnt work for mav but he says it does.I feel like i,ve hit a brick wall.Does any one have any info on this. :confused:
