Anyone used Dr. Culbertson in Atlanta?

My main question for all you gals with implants is this: Can you feel them? Can you feel the edges and do you think your S.O. can feel them? Before and after pictures always look fabulous, but I wonder about what I can't see. Any input would be great. :)
