Hello,
I had a nose job with Dr. Raj Kanodia in Los Angeles nearly 3 weeks ago. Everything is healing well and I'm generally pleased with the results. The problem? Since the surgery, the skin on and around my nose has been peeling and breaking out. I imagine that the cast that was on my nose for the first 5 or 6 days post-op didn't help matters, but things seem to be getting worse. My surgeon is not the easiest man to talk to, so I thought I would ask whether anyone else has had a similar experience. Thanks in advance for any replies or suggestions.

I did, and it cleared up fine. You were probably sweating under the bandage.
Don't do anything harsh to your nose for awhile, it's not supposed to peel.

I experienced the same thing and it cleared up. 3 weeks isn't very long and you're still healing. Be gentle with it. If you're very worried try mentioning it to you PS. That's what he's there for. Take care.

I hear that he is excellent and refers to his procedures as 'refinement'. I hear that the effects are very natural and that his work is very sought after. I'm on a mission to find the best (most natural and great aesthetics) doc in LA for rhino. I just need subtle refining which is why I want the best. How did you hear about Kanodia? From many people? I know someone who just had surgery with him and his nose looks very natural. What other doctors do you know about in LA that are supposed to be great??

basically, I've just been doing alot of internet research. checking out the best doctors lists in both ny and la and talking to people. firsthand knowledge is unbeatable, so you're actually in a great position to talk to your friend since he was an actual patient of kanodia's. I heard he did halle berry's and tyra banks' noses. I don't know how true that is, but ... anyway. I like the fact that I consistently hear the word 'natural' when people describe the results of his work. how much does he charge? do you know? I hear tabbal ,in new york, charges 9.
